The Cyrillic, Russian text on the front says три, this translates as “Three” which is an obvious reference to Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
This was a promotional item given out during either TGS2004 or E3 2006, I can’t be sure which. It is a special Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Soundtrack where the compact disc is located inside a replica (cardboard) vinyl disc. Sticking with the retro/vintage feel of Metal Gear Solid 3, this encapsulates how cool the game really was and if you ask me only adds to the amount of genuinely great collectibles for Metal Gear Solid 3.
